Mural Process

Reach out via email or through the request form below. Include a brief description of your project with details about the wall size, surface material, and any specific creative direction you have in mind. I’ll ask for photos of your wall and screenshots of my past mural work that you wish to use as inspiration. Please have those ready to share.

I’ll put together a proposal for your project based on the information you provide. It will include details about my process, pricing for your project, and payment terms.

When you’re ready to proceed, I’ll send over an invoice for the deposit as well as my standard mural agreement. 50% of the total project cost is required as a deposit to secure a spot on my calendar and start the design phase. Work begins once the deposit is received and the contract is signed.

A creative kickoff call will be scheduled to discuss the creative direction for the mural in more depth. This is where we chat about color, design elements, and any specific requests you may have for the artwork.
All projects include one initial concept as our starting point. I will provide a full-color digital design, as well as a mock-up of the design on a photo of your wall. This helps us both to visualize the artwork within the space.

All projects include two rounds of design revisions. We’ll work back and forth to fine-tune the initial concept until it’s perfectly aligned to your vision.

Once the art is approved, the remaining 50% is due before scheduling the installation phase.
After that, we’ll coordinate dates and times for my team to paint the mural on-site. We’re happy to work around business hours, as needed. Just let us know your preference!
